Tamil film Metro, is facing a similar problem. Anandha Krishnan of Aal fame directs the film, which features award-winning actor Bobby Simha as the antagonist and Sirish Saravanan in the lead.

The story revolves around the chain snatching networks that operates in Chennai. When makers sent the film for regional censorship rating last week, the members refused to certify the movie, citing that the film had explicit violent content and can’t be released.
