Chemicals in cosmetics can have a serious effect on our hormones. Cosmetic products are not regulated by the FDA because they are not drugs. Therefore, many companies can create claims with no studies or testing.

Dr. Fabi recommends using sunscreen that has titanium and that are mineral based.

It's also important to take caution with products that say natural. Companies try to take advantage of what we think is natural. Just because something is natural, doesn't mean that it is not harmful.
