Korean Cultural Center, Los Angeles hosted the CA State Taekwondo Day Declaration Celebratory Ceremony with the Kukkiwon Taekwondo Demonstration Team from August 29th to September 4th.
During the September 4th ceremony at The Source OC, various events commemorating the designation of Taekwondo Day were held with the CA State Senator Dave Min and Assemblymembers Sharon Quirk-Silva and Steven Choi.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Certificates of Appreciation, Kukkiwon Honorary Dans, Taekwondo uniforms, and belts were presented to the senator and assemblymembers. Following were the declaration of CA State Taekwondo Day, delivery of the CA State Assembly Resolution for Taekwondo Day, and the performance of the Kukkiwon Demonstration Team.
