Who doesn't want quick yet efficient? Honestly, these little mini workouts are AMAZING useful in multiple ways, but especially on days where your workout plans end up being non-existent. Listen, this is life and we all have days where our schedules (and our moods) don't necessarily go according to plan. Doing SOMETHING instead of nothing can make such a huge difference in meeting your goals and being consistent. Sometimes, that small muscle activation can jump start your energy and motivation and you might end up doing more of a workout than you thought you had the energy to do. Other days it might just take everything you have to do a few short minutes, but you still did it and you can feel good about your persistence. Never underestimate the kind of impact even 4 or 5 minutes can have both physically and mentally.
