Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has cast his vote in Istanbul in the country's constitutional referendum. The poll will decide whether the country will change from a parliamentary system to a presidential one. The leader of the main opposition CHP party said it was a historic day for Turkey. Up to 3 million Turks abroad have already cast their ballots.
