Lori Pace originally from Jamaica, she has spent much of her life in Denver, Colorado. She grew up with an appreciation for buildings and entrepreneurship and worked in her father’s architectural firm for several years. Her life’s mission is to create Social and Economic Equity through Real Estate Acquisition for ALL. Lori has a Degree in Environmental Design with a concentration in Architecture and Urban Planning. She grew interested in Real Estate after taking a Real Estate Class in order to earn her degree. She took this class as an alternative after being forced to drop a required class because her professor refused to accept her Thesis about the African American Architect who Designed Washington DC. Her extensive training and work experience in housing, development, and sales created an early understanding of the many facets of Residential and Commercial Real Estate. She is eager to help women over the age of 18 own Real Estate to gain financial stability and long term wealth and power. Lori is a self proclaimed Real Estate Activist and has been involved in public and private collaborations of Real Estate Acquisitions and Community Development which serves as the core foundation of her background. Lori's professional training in real estate, neighborhood revitalization/development, leadership, and sales has created an understanding of the multiple facets of the industry.
Lori trains and speaks on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives with an emphasis on the real estate. Her passion for real estate has culminated in her serving as a Board of Director of The Denver Metropolitan Association of Realtors and a founding member of the Community Alliance Committee. Lori is the founder of Gainfully Earning Moms(GEMs) a networking group designed to support mother’s who work in business, organizations and entrepreneurs. She also founded a neighborhood group Soulfully Stapleton which supports underrepresented residents in Stapleton while celebrating Diversity and Inclusion.
