La conférence des Nations Unies (juin 2025) à l’initiative de la France et du Costa-Rica aura l’ambition d'être l’équivalent de la COP pour les océans. La conférence de New York du printemps dernier a créé une dynamique de négociation autour des sujets qui seront au cœur de cette conférence.
