The Business Edge program for Internationally Educated Professionals (IEPs) is a career advancement program delivered as an online version (Business Edge Digital) or on-site program (Business Edge Campus) at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Canada. These programs helps participants understand and unpack their value to their organizations, and how to leverage their strengths and experience. In an increasingly multicultural workplace, participants develop communication competencies, self-awareness and the tools and skills to be more visible and build critical relationships integral to their advancement.
