It is inevitable that the Coronavirus is putting strain on all of our mental wellness and common stress reliever. But I have ways that I use for myself all year long that help me prepare for rough times and can be done anywhere. The key is taking care of your wellbeing especially when not in crisis so that you can prolong the happy times. Though, we may not be happy every day, being consistent with our intensions help our moods not get too far out of hand. Depression is one of the most widely diagnosed disorders, however, many things can be done to help lessen the magnitude of poor moods.
