Deep Purple are an English rock band formed in London in 1968. They are considered to be among the pioneers of heavy metal and modern hard rock music, but their musical style has changed over the course of its existence.

Legendary live performances, archive documentaries, official promo videos, rare interviews & more - follow the band through their incredible career spanning seven decades, many differing line ups, and a wealth of genres but all unmistakably ‘Purple’: Psychedelic rock, Progressive rock, Hard rock, even proto-Metal - Deep Purple were the Worlds Loudest Band in 1975 and haven’t let up since, selling over 100 million albums to date and keeping fans ‘In Rock’ in every possible way since 1968.

Inducted into the Rock n Roll hall of fame in 2016 and voted one of the ‘most influential bands ever’, Purple are still rocking and making music as relevant as 50 years ago - they are made of the stuff that most other bands can only dream of.
