Mrngs wake up :- 1 glass water & 1 handful nuts ( ur favourite nuts)

Breakfast :- 1 wati oats with 250 ml milk with honey or
4 egg omlette with 4 multigrain bread
Banana shake ( milk 250,peanut Butter,banana,eggs 3 + 1 table spoon sugar)
4 slice bread multigrain with peanut butter 30 gms or
Stuffed paneer roti 2

Midmeal :- 1-2 fruit

Lunch :- egg bhurjee 4 with 3 chapati with salad and curd.
Rice and egg curry with salad and curd.
Roti with dal and sabzi with salad and curd.
Paneer bhurjee 200 gms with 3 chapatis with salad and curd

Pre-workout :- 1-2 fruit

Post workout :- 4 eggs boiled with 2 yolks.

Dinner :- rice and dal.
Soyabean 50gms with black chana 50gms
Sprouts with mutter and chowlee

Substitute meals :-
Quinoa
Mushroom
Almond butter
Seeds ( pumpkin,chia,flax)
Cheakpeas
