Mangal Homeopathy and Research Center , Indiranagar Bangalore Many people ask me if it is autism or ADHD or is it overlapping ? When we have a look at the child no all symptoms of ADHD are present but not all symptoms of autism are present because there is a therapy. So how do you understand how they are similar or how they are different. Both ADHD and Autism have langaufge derfiiccncy. Both of them have lack of social interaction. Both of them have less or no social interaction with others. So how are they different? In ADHFD the child is not having any regression of skills when compared with autiusm . So the lack of communication is one aspect of ADHD. They can understand but can express in a proper way. It can be because they are very shy. Also social interactions with ADHD are more and want to know new things and want to meet new people. In ADHD they are very reserved and not much not social skill. Suppose if I see a child and if there are so many toys and have more enthusiasm to a toy and not much interaction with person because they lack theory of mind because they have feelings like that. So the social interactions are very difficult. So you will not feel the child. The child is looking at you. You will not feel the child is feeling you. So the interactions are very limited, we have different language, they have repetitive behavior. #ADHDvsAutism #ADHD #Autism #WorldAutismDay |
