Single Hands Attaching is one of the postures that Temple Tai Chi trains as a Single Form. Single Form Training is a Temple Tai Chi Training Method in which the practitioner repeats the same posture many times. After becoming familar with the basic postures, the student is taught the entire Long Sequence. All of the postures are trained on both left and right sides.
