Nineb Lamassu gives a talk about who are Assyrians and how their culture and language are endangered. He also mentions the ways that the Assyrians are trying to preserve their culture and language and how can the none Assyrians help because cultural diversity is as important in the human domain as biodiversity in
the kingdoms of plants and animals. Nineb Lamassu was born in 1975 to an Assyrian family Kirkuk. At attender age 8, Lamassu ’s family were forced to flee Iraq. He lived most of his childhood as a refugee and currently resides between Great Britain and Iraq.
