15 minute KETTLE BELL LOWER BODY WORKOUT |

This is a 15 minute kettlebell lower body workout, the movements we do are Romanian deadlift, over head swings, lunges. This is great for building glute and hamstring muscle. Building more muscle also helps you lose weight if that is a goal of yours because more muscle mass means your body uses more calories.
For this workout, i use a 16kg as that is the RX weight in crossfit, if you are a crossfitter the RX weight for men is 24kg. However feel free to use whatever weight you feel comfortable with. This follow along workout can be repeated as many times as you want. As you improve you will be able to increase the weights and the reps to build more muscle and get fit generally.
