This full body workout was one of the hardest workouts I’ve done in a long time. The premise is very simple - Perform 1 set of 20 across 20 different exercises.

In this video ,I’ll take you through the entire workout, with all exercises included and a full commentary on who this is appropriate for, why it’s useful, how to implement it into your own training and more.
