Donald Trump has been disqualified from appearing on the presidential primary ballot in Maine, becoming the second state to bar him from running, after Colorado also removed him from the ballot, citing his involvement in inciting the January 6th insurrection in 2021.

The Colorado decision looks set to be argued before the US Supreme Court.
