like I said in the video, happiness is a privilege. not everyone in the world has the privilege of experiencing happiness due to so many different factors. some may not be fortunate enough to wake up feeling hopeful for the next day. one of the biggest reasons why can be your environment and external factors that are out of your control which is very very heartbreaking. hence, not everyone can be happy everyday.

hence this is very privileged video. however, for those of us, who are able to experience happiness from time to time, let's please allow ourselves to embrace it and tell ourselves that we deserve happiness. you are human hence you are allowed to feel happiness. for those of us privileged enough where tomorrow is guaranteed, let's please allow ourselves to feel joy and understand that you don't need to reach a big goal to feel happiness.

i hope this video helped some of you guys. i used to feel a lot of shame when feeling happiness. i still have problems with it but I've became a lot better at it since I tell myself nothing is ever too serious. we are just experiencing life and we should be happy about it. it's okay to feel bad emotions but just remember you deserve the good emotions too.
