Having worked from home for the past few years, I'd like to share seven tips on how to be mindful of our mental, physical, and emotional health so that we can be productive when it's time to be. Some days I'm able to muster up 80% effort and other days I'm closer to 2%. Whether you have been thriving at home or have turned full potate, know that so long as you’re trying your best, any percent is more than enough in such uncertain times.

And remember, no matter where you are and how your feeling, know that you are not alone and that we're all going through this together. ❀️
