The 'Flying Sikh' who won India's first Commonwealth gold in 400m race In 1960, Pakistan invited Milkhaji to participate in the race. but he was not willing to participate in that race. It was the land of the biggest tragedy in his life. But Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehruji encouraged him to overcome his fears. This was a 400m race.
