However, our unprecedented way of living and working is causing a knock-on effect with mood, energy, focus and relationships for many trying to adapt. The internet is awash with great advice on how to build habits and increase productivity, however, we are not just working from home…

We are working from home in a crisis.

Our minds are living in the upside-down as the environments we spend our days in have stopped "cueing" desired behaviours. While our bodies are stuck in first as we are unable to have a sociable drink after work, or workout in the Gym to provide "relief" (recovery) from the "struggle" (stress) of the day.

This Masterclass aims to give attendees insight into why they struggle to slow down while helping them understand that it's a perfectly normal (or even advantageous) state to find themselves in. We will then deliver a step by step guide on how to shut down the working day and then transition to home life, for a calmer, more enjoyable evening.
