Tessa Thompson Comes Out And Opens Up About Her Relationship With Janelle Monáe

As Pride month comes to a close, we’re pretty sure that two of our favorite entertainment personalities (Janelle Monáe and Tessa Thompson) are giving us extra reasons to toss the multicolored confetti.
Thanks to Janelle’s recent revelation that she is a “queer Black woman” and the release of her album Dirty Computer (and accompanying film that starred Tessa as a romantic interest), many expected her to speak openly about star’s role in her life. Not so much.
