10g ginger
1 egg
200g Chicken Mince
1 spring Onion
2 cloves garlic
1 carrot
parsley
30g sweet chill sauce
30g oyster sauce mixed with 200g water
20g soy sauce
10g toasted sesame oil
20g vegetable oil
wonton wrappers
vege salt and freshly cracked pepper
