Enjoy the morning sun, dike sheep and the calmness of the Wadden Sea in northern germany. Use it as fitness motivation for your treadmill walk or run, your elliptical- or crosstrainer fitness program or power walk. The video is optimized for individual pace adjustments up to running speed.


The location of the video is a wadden sea dike near Husum in northern germany, right next to the campsite "Nordseecamping zum Seehund". It's home to the dike sheep, the caretakers of the dikes. By grazing they stimulate the grass root growth, which stabilizes the dikes and reduces erosion. Their cloven hooves collapse mole and mouse holes. They also produce a lot of manure. So don't bring your best shoes if you are ever in the area.

Listening to your own preferred kind of music during workout is recommended, especially if your workout equipment drowns out the videos audio.
