The Wegovy/ Ozempic (semaglutide) injection is a new medicine that helps with weight loss. It is the same as Ozempic except for the dose amount. The dosage is as follows: 0.25MG, 0.5MG, 1.0MG, 1.7MG, and 2.4MG. I personally use this to help me lose the weight that I have trouble losing due to PCOS.

I exercised 6 days a week until I couldn't anymore due to the side effects. My daily caloric intake is below 100. I keep track with the CarbManager app.
