This chili is great in Fall and Winter. I use 2 lbs ground 80/20 beef and 2 large cans of whole tomato.1 Small can of sauce and a can of beef broth. A variety of peppers and some Chipotle in adobo sauce. 2 medium onions and 3 cloves garlic or garlic powder. 2 cans of beans. I use dark kidney, drained or not. Chili powder of your choice. Salt and cracked black pepper. 1 pinch of sugar.
