Budget 2021: The winners and losers in Rishi Sunak's 'career-defining' speech | Analysis

The Telegraph's financial columnist Ben Wright breaks down who will benefit and who will suffer the most with Rishi Sunak's Spring Budget.

During the Budget, the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced a swathe of tax hikes to come over the next five years, as he begins the "painstaking" process of rebuilding the UK's public finances.

According to Ben Wright, Mr Sunak is trying to multi-task and may have difficulty getting the most important parts of the Budget right.
