You will need Kenshi's Blind Fold and 2 Skeleton Keys.

Head to Goro's Dining Hall and walk up to main Dining Table, to the left is a door with swinging blades. Use Skeleton Key and Run past Blades. Turn Right and Run past more Blades.

Walk down Halls till you see a locked door on the right with nothing behind it. Use another Skeleton Key to open it, then walk in and use Kenshi's Blind Fold and Smash wall.

Walk in and open chest.
