45 Minute Power Circuit/At-Home Training |

We have 2 circuits that we will be repeating 4 times each. We will work with 10 reps of each exercise in the 1st circuit and then we will work for time and complete 30 seconds of each exercise in the 2nd circuit. You will feel a full body effect as you work through both circuits. Challenge will be a factor but you can rest at anytime and resume when ready. I suggest heavy dumbbells but have a lighter set close by if you need to switch out. Life is always full of challenges and we always get stronger from pushing through them.
