We’ll also explore #lovebombing, the excessive affection narcissists use to manufacture intimacy early on. They idealize and shower their target with grand visions of the future, only to later #devalue and #discard them once securing their narcissistic supply.



Additionally, we’ll dissect complex trauma bonds narcissists orchestrate called #intermittentreinforcement.

#Breadcrumbing, or leaving small affectionate “breadcrumbs” also keeps targets emotionally tethered to narcissists without real commitment. These manipulation techniques, combined with narcissistic rage when criticized and an inability to handle perceived failures reveals the fragile insecurity beneath their grandiose facade.

By understanding concepts like #mirroring, #projection, #stonewalling, #intimacyavoidance and #word salad, you will recognize their disordered relating patterns. I will equip you to detect #narcissisticinjuries, #passiveaggression, their need for narcissistic supply and how unaware people actually enable their dysfunction.
