What causes us to become people pleasers and codependents? What causes an inability to say no to things that go against our best interests and values? Learn how to set healthy boundaries. Learn how healing the inner child can help us to form functional adult relationships. Learn how to identify your core values. Learn how to say no. After growing up in a dysfunctional family Mark struggled with CPTSD, anxiety, dissociation, emotional flashbacks and emotional regulation.
Workshop will last approximately 90 minutes, attendees will receive a workbook and recording to take away.
