CCTV footage released by Ukraine's President Zelensky shows the moment a missile strikes a shopping centre in Kremenchuk.

The death toll from Monday's strike has risen to 20 while dozens of people have been injured.

Russia claimed a strike on an arms storage facility detonated ammunition which set the nearby shopping mall on fire.
