Today my guest is Kamden Hainsworth. She has been very familiar with ADHD for a long time. She used to be a 6th grade teacher and used to have students with ADHD. She has three daughters and her oldest is diagnosed with ADHD and she was diagnosed with ADHD late in life. Although she wasn’t diagnosed with a specific type, she knows she is the combined type.

Kamden shares tips on what an adult can do when the first find out they have ADHD. She also shares tips on how to help your children manage the next steps once you find out they have ADHD. Lastly, she talks about how you keep going as parents through the difficult times.
