Koen Veltman is a true believer in business as a force for good in this world. He is Partner & Founder of OrganizationBuilders, a venture focused on supporting organizations in the transition towards self-management, for example by adopting Holacracy.

Koen has over 10 years of experience as consultant at SparkOptimus, McKinsey & Company and Aberkyn, working across a broad number of industries and geographies with organizations ranging from 5 people start-ups as well as 250,000 people collectives.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Econometrics and Quantitative Finance from Tilburg University.  He is a certified Holacracy coach.
