We will work for 3 rounds of 30 seconds switching between two exercises for three rounds each. We will switch right into another superset after a 30 second rest and I want you to really push yourself to stay moving with intensity in our shorter work periods. We don't need any equipment for this one so grab your water and let's crush it!
