video thumbnail
Wondering how a food market could spark a pandemic? Want to know how your diet can help save our planet?

These questions, and many more, will be answered in the first episode of EAT@Home.

You’ll get to hear from a host of extraordinary people in the newscast. We visit the Wuhan food market to examine the food-related roots of the pandemic, meet youth taking a stand against unhealthy fast food, and we look to science for answers.

Chef of the day, Emilie Nereng, will cook some of her greatest, healthy and delicious recipes; later on, we'll meet a young man who lived on the EAT-Lancet reference diet for a full 6 months.

And our host Natalie Becker-Aakervik will sit down with EAT Founder Gunhild Stordalen for an exciting conversation about food, heroes and the importance of next year’s UN Food Systems Summit.
