Thiruda Thiruda is a Tamil comedy thriller film directed by Mani Ratnam, and scripted by Ram Gopal Varma. The soundtrack and background score of the film were composed by A. R. Rahman whilst the cinematography was done by P. C. Sriram.

The movie is about the investigation of a great train robbery. The looted money travels around the country. Meantime, petty thieves (Prasanth and Anand) also aspire for that money. How the case is solved is the story.
