Improved video about removing Apple FW passwords. Last one I did was a lucky break because there was no iCloud lock present, this one's a bit trickier. We also ensure to preserve serial numbers, MAC Addresses, etc with this method!
Something something check that the device isn't stolen before you work on it. Just because the customer doesn't know the password, doesn't mean they stole it.
