Facebook LIVES are great, don't get me wrong but if you don't have a huge audience you need to be PROSPECTING daily. The best way to prospect is by reaching out, the best candidates are those previously involved in a Direct selling business, those currently involved who are looking for a better leader and those who have no clue our industry exists.

All (3) types of candidates can be found online, I prefer to prospect those who are loading content on the internet, making videos, broken domain etc.

It shows they have tried but didn't follow through, of course alot of that has to do with Mindset and Belief, but having the right leadership behind you makes a world of a difference.

For example, corporate america always produces results because there is leadership all around you. For many staying disciplined from the comfort of their home can be very difficult, plugging into a community of like minded individuals and having PHONE access to a leader will help you grow infinitely.

Right now the buying power is in the baby boomer market, yes they buy online but they really enjoy the person to person, phone call, webinar type of buying experience.

My generation buys both ways, online and offline. Position yourself properly, go out and prospect on the sites I shared with you and begin building your brand.
