Using future-thinking, Ilana shows how open-space, as idea, can be used to improve youth empowerment in Nigeria-Arochukwu, as well as a means for encouraging personal development and self-realisation. Ilana is a futurist and Senior Programme Manager at the Institute for the Future, Palo Alto California. She comes with strong skills in Future Thinking and Design Futures.
