"Perfect" MTB Strength & Conditioning Plan? + Importance of Coaches/Trainers |

Well I'm using the term "perfect" pretty loosely in this video. I think it is important to understand that pre-constructed fitness plans that you find online aren't perfect for you. The "perfect" plan is completely based off of your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and more. This video goes into detail about all these things and even discusses how different programs can look for two mountain bikers who have different goals. Designing a good plan takes a lot more planning, consideration, and brain power than most people think, and this video is honestly only scratching the surface of it!
Aside from the ins and outs and intricacies of a properly designed fitness plan, the video also discusses how a personal trainer or performance coach is an extremely valuable resource in your fitness and performance journey.
