It breaks down large work into smaller intervals, separated by short breaks to support sustained concentration. The intervals are called pomodoros (named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer (pomodoro is Italian for tomato), what the method developer used as a university student) and four pomodoros form a set. How to do it? Step 1: Pick a task. Step 2: Set a timer (typically for 25 minutes, but it can be more if you are confortable with it). Step 3: Work on your task. Step 4: Take a short break. Step 5: After every set, take a longer break (generally 15-30 minutes). And that’s all, it really is simple, isn’t it?:) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 📜 RULES: 1.
