In response to former president Thabo Mbeki's suggestion that the BRICS summit be held in a neutral country to rid South Africa of the troubles of having to arrest Russian president Vladimir Putin, President Cyril Ramaphosa says they are still consulting and will make their stance known once that process has been concluded.
