After gaining a bit of weight, I decided I needed to do more to get in shape so I picked up a NordicTrack 14.9i Elliptical. I wanted to see what I could do with exercise only (no real dietary changes) to get more fit for my family and hopefully be stronger to handle the dirt bike. After owning this machine for a while, I thought I would share the good/bad in this review.
