Nuclear Beyond Electricity: Hydrogen | Henri Paillere | TEDxTUWienSalon

video thumbnail
More than 150 years ago, French science fiction writer Jules Verne imagined a future with the rise of electricity and the use of hydrogen as an energy vector to substitute fossil fuel. The need for urgent Climate action is now accelerating the rate of electrification, with hydrogen as a potential key enabler of the overall decarbonisation.

Dr. Henri PAILLERE has over 25 years of experience in the nuclear energy sector, and is currently working as Head of the Planning and Economic Studies Section at the International Atomic Energy Agency which he joined in February 2020.
