Another literally hundreds of videos out there on Bruce Lee. And I’m sure in some small way mine is very similar to some of them, however, I want to just introduce people out there who don’t understand a lot about the way Bruce Lee thought and how they might be able to incorporate into their own way of thinking. This can be for your own martial arts, your field of study or job, or just to free yourself from the everyday ideas that tend to bring us down.

Bruce Lee, of course, is the founder of Jeet Kune do otherwise known as the way of the intercepting fist. I personally have enjoyed his books, movies, and his philosophies since I was a young child starting to train. He’s helped my self-defense in understanding and recognizing what works and what doesn’t.

I intend to start getting some other videos out of people who inspired me and hopefully introduce some of you to new ideas and principles from these people I am inspired by in training and life. Some you will of heard of that have taught martial arts, self-defense, police tactics, philosophy, psychology, etc.

if you have a chance leave a comment down there on anything that Bruce Lee might’ve inspired and you. Don’t be afraid of sharing it or what other people will say it’s how we learn how we can grow on our own. You don’t have to be in jeet kune do or wing Chun to understand the principles he set forth in there are many I’m still trying to figure out to this day.

So I hope you enjoy the ride let me know of any other ideas that you might want to see on Shihan’s dojo.
