According to a report that has just been made public by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Office, the cause of death that led to Lisa Marie Presley's passing was a blockage in her small bowel.

According to the autopsy report, Presley died on January 13 as a "sequelae of a small bowel obstruction" when she went into cardiac arrest at her house in Calabasas. This event led to her passing. Additionally, it is said in the report that Presley passed away while she was in the hospital, and the method of her passing is described as "natural." Next to her son Ben, she will be laid to rest in Graceland, the house in Memphis where she and her family lived before it became a museum and is now named after Elvis Presley.
