According to a report that has just been made public by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Office, the cause of death that led to Lisa Marie Presley's passing was a blockage in her small bowel.
According to the autopsy report, Presley died on January 13 as a "sequelae of a small bowel obstruction" when she went into cardiac arrest at her house in Calabasas. This event led to her passing.
