There's only one way to beat a Narcissist, and that's to refuse to play their game. This isn't about victim blaming, I don't ever want anyone to feel like they deserve to be abused, that's never true. However, I want to do anything I can to help people not get into a long term relationship with a narcissist. And I hear countless stories on the other side saying they wish they had enough awareness and self worth to set boundaries and protect themselves. It's so hard, but it's also so necessary.
