here are the steps to make an easy origami crab:

Materials:

Square sheet of paper (preferably red or orange)
Instructions:

Start with a square sheet of paper with the colored side facing down.
Fold the paper in half diagonally, crease it well and then unfold it.
Fold it in half diagonally the other way, crease it well and then unfold it.
Flip the paper over to the other side.
Fold the paper in half horizontally, crease it well and then unfold it.
Fold the paper in half vertically, crease it well and then unfold it.
Fold the top edge of the paper down to the center crease.
Fold the bottom edge of the paper up to the center crease.
Fold the paper in half along the horizontal crease.
Take the left and right edges of the paper and fold them up to the center crease, creating a kite shape.
Take the top layer of the right side of the kite and fold it up along the diagonal crease on the right side.
Repeat step 11 on the left side of the kite.
Fold the top corner of the kite down along the horizontal crease, creating the crab's eyes.
Fold the bottom corner of the kite up along the horizontal crease, creating the crab's mouth.
Turn the paper over and your origami crab is complete!
