When Shalom Brune-Franklin was in her final year of drama school, Hugh Jackman presented her with a life-changing scholarship. "It really helped to kick-start my career and gave me the funds to be able to chase my dreams," she says.

Her latest starring role is as Estella in the BBC’s forthcoming six-part adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic #GreatExpectations.
